Sandvik QI442 Impact Crusher

A high-capacity tracked mobile impact crusher designed for demanding primary and secondary crushing applications. The Sandvik QI442 combines the CI621 Prisec HSI impactor with a double-deck pre-screen, variable-speed four-bar rotor, hydraulic apron adjustment, and a heavy-duty tracked chassis. Its Prisec technology allows the crusher to be configured for both primary and secondary applications, while the large 1,360 x 800 mm / 54 x 32 in feed opening and capacity of up to 500 mtph / 551 stph provide high productivity for quarrying, recycling, demolition, aggregates, and construction applications.
